We got our first look at Lo today. The picture essentially looks like TV static, but we could see a strong heartbeat! The important thing is that there is only one baby. No twins, or worse, a six-pack, for us!

Looks just like his Daddy! Glad to see that all is well. I still think he deserves to be born in Texas!

HOORAY! We call these pictures the spaceship ones…they sort of look like little spaceships! We are so excited for you both and can’t wait to meet Lo.
Thanks for sending Lo’s first picture!! I agree that it is good news that there is a strong heart beat and that there is only one baby. It’s better to have only one Lo at a time. Bart will want to come to my house so that he can get a look at his first grandchild. This baby is also my first great grandchild. I think I will refer to him/her as FB for now. He/she can be known as both Lo and FB. Right? Keep the info coming.
Love, Mimi
Thanks for posting Lo’s first picture. It is so great that you got a sonogram so early on. Isn’t it so emotional to hear and see the baby? It was hard for me to go back to work after hearing the heart beat for the frist time. I was so excited and nervous.
I just can’t believe that we are looking at a picture of your baby, finally. We are so happy that Luke will have a cousin and that you are going to be parents.
I love this site that you have created. We can watch you grow into parenthood and keep up with Lo’s progress.
Oh, a great show to watch is In The Womb on the National Geographic channel. A week to week develpoment of baby. It is so amazing and emotional.
Got to go, Luke is bouncing off of the couch.
Love,
Jennifer
